We have nine varieties that we will have available beginning in September 2018.
Alpha acid 4.5-7%
Pleasant, flowery, spicy, and citrusy. Can have a grapefruit flavor.
Alpha acid 8-11.5%
Medium with floral and citrus tones.
Alpha acid 11- 16%
Pleasant, with pungent aroma.
Alpha acid 10 - 14%
Mild to medium-heavy, spicy, piney, and grapefruity.
Alpha acid 2.5 - 4%
Mild and pleasant, spicy and flowery.
Alpha acid 3 - 8%
Mild, pleasant, and clean, somewhat pungent and resiny.
Alpha acid 11 - 14.5%
Quite heavy and herbal.
Alpha acid 6- 9%
Herbal, spicy, pleasant aroma, hint of floral and citrus.
Alpha acid 3.5 - 6%
Mild and pleasant, slightly spicy, fruity, floral, a little earthy.
Alpha acid 4 - 6%
Mild, extremely pleasant, and gently hoppy.
We have four varieties that we are evaluating for suitability. 2018 will determine if we'll expand the planting or keep for a reference.

Known for bittering quality. High alpha variety

Mild and pleasant, slightly spicy, herbal.
Alpha acid 6-9%
Black currant, fruity, spicy.
